At Home Senior Solutions is looking to add a Care Advocate/ Mentor to our team.
Would you like to lead a team of caregivers to ensure Seniors get the help they need? Are you interested in getting into a company at the ground level with strong opportunity for future advancement? As a Care Advocate you would help our team by:
Mentoring and training new caregivers in the home, in weekly classes, and training meetings.
Evaluate new potential clients and ensure that all client needs are being met.
Work with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. (scheduling, other organizations, nurse, ETC)
Timely completion of paperwork, returning phone calls.
Will care-give as needed.
You MUST possess the following to be successful:
Must have previous experience as a caregiver or CNA!
Management/supervisor experience.
Comfortable teaching/demonstrating for new caregivers and at company meetings.
Wide hours of availability to cover caregivers in emergency's.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Positive person and an excellent TEAM PLAYER

Pay: $17.10 per hour + Bonuses for meeting performance benchmarks.
