We are seeking a dedicated sterilization technician to join our friendly and professional dental team! This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient safety and the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments, equipment, and operatories following OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Prepare and organize treatment trays for dental procedures.
- Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and is properly cared for.
- Assist with stocking and inventory of supplies in sterilization and treatment areas.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a dental or medical setting with knowledge of infection control practices and sterilization protocols is
preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
