A well established property management firm is seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician for a
mid-sized community in the Springfield area. Living on-site or within a 10 minute drive is required.
Maintenance Technician Duties and Requirements:
Strong Experience in apartment turnover
Painting
Basic electrical experience
Basic plumbing experience
Appliance installation
Experience with work orders
On call every other weekend for emergencies only
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
2 - 5 years of previous experience
PREFERRED SKILLS
Communication and problem solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
