We are looking for a trimmer to work full-time at our OLCC licensed indoor year-round cannabis farm. We are expanding and are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our trimming team. We need additional people with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a rapidly developing industry. This position will be for 4-6 days per week and may involve weekend shifts.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, trimming, bucking, sorting, cutting and hanging plants for drying, joint rolling, weighing, disposing of waste material, cleaning of tools, trimming equipment and trim area.
Required
-Trimming cannabis flower experience.
-Ability to follow and complete the harvesting and trimming plan.
-Ability to accurately weigh and measure.
-Must be able to tightly hand trim substantial amounts a day.
-Consistency with quality of product and output.
-Trustworthy and reliable.
-Good eye for PM, Botrytis and high attention to detail.
-Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
-Perform repetitive tasks.
-Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team.
-Must be organized and maintain a clean work space.
-Ability to follow standard operation procedures.
-Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
-Reliable Transportation is required.
-Candidates MUST be at least 21 years old.
-Candidates MUST HAVE an OLCC marijuana workers permit. (new permits take about 2 weeks to acquire.) This is an absolute requirement.
