About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Carpentry Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with basic carpentry knowledge who is eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. You’ll work alongside experienced carpenters on residential and multi-family projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
Assist carpenters with daily tasks including framing, siding, millwork, and general construction support.
Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
Measure, cut, and prepare materials.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements
Basic experience with tools and ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous construction or carpentry experience.
OSHA safety training or similar certifications.
