Must be able to motivate crew and keep logs moving.
Must take care of your riggin and keep track of it.
Must be able to plan ahead and be ready for road changes.
Must be familiar with acme carriages.

Reliability is huge, if you can’t show up 5 days a week on time you’re not what we need.
A valid drivers license is a big plus
