Flaggers and Traffic Control personnel needed in the Eugene/Springfield area. If you are not ODOT certified to provide flagging and traffic control, we have an ODOT certification class scheduled for Wednesday, March 6th, at NOON. The cost for the class is $100 cash or check. While anyone can take the class and get ODOT certified, all applicants for our flagging positions must be 21 years old and have a vehicle, a valid drivers license, and insurance. We need people that want to work, can handle on call hours, stand on their feet for long periods of time, deal with a variety of different people and personalities, and be able to get to jobs within the hour of our client calling us for dispatch. That means you must have your own vehicle and driver's license, and live within approximately one half an hour radius of Eugene/Springfield.
Starting at $19.00 per hour for the first 90 days, with the opportunity to make more if you are able and willing to set up jobs. We do have prevailing wage work paying up to $31.39 per hour, plus $16.80 per hour contributed directly into your retirement plan. While that work goes more to our people that have been with us for more than 90 days, almost every new hire gets some as well.
