The right candidate will be familiar with the farm/ranch working environment including the use
of basic equipment like tractors, forklifts and ATV’s. Duties and responsibilities include tree
trimming, weeding, field preparation, planting, irrigation, equipment maintenance, hand and
combine harvesting, seed cleaning and packaging. River Refuge Seed Co. is a family-owned and
operated company. The work can be hard, but the environment is upbeat and fun.
