ISO - relief milker for dairy goat breeding operation (approximately 20-28 milkers depending on milk string) in Cheshire, Oregon (15 minutes from Junction City). Part time, hours flexible but are usually between 6-9am and 6-9pm. Most weeks only 2-4( 2hr shifts). Depending on experience we are looking for longer coverage periods of time in later months. Strong Preference for milking experience. Must love animals, have the ability to recognize one goat from another (once you get to know them), not be freaked out by blood or bodily functions of animals, have reliable transportation, be in good health, able to lift 50lb bags of grain. I need someone I can depend on & call on! You will learn about milking by machine. Position is part time but depending on quality of work and comfort with the tasks, could increase to multiple shifts a week. Pay is $25+/hr. Contact me privately for information.
