We are a family-owned RV dealership, seeking a Housekeeper/RV Cleaner that is motivated, a team player, and looking for long-term employment.
The primary function of the Housekeeper is to keep the interior of units in inventory and sales buildings clean at all times and presentable to public eyes according to Sutton RV’s expectations.
-Physical Requirements
Body position: Standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
Body Movements: Use of hands, arms, legs, vision, and hearing.
Mental: Requires the ability to effectively communicate and follow through with assigned projects in a high pace environment.
-Knowledge Required
Ability to work on own in a timely manner to complete the duties assigned. Common knowledge of cleaning chemicals. Prioritize duties according to importance.
-Job Duties
Clean interiors of units on the lot.
Assist with the preparation of the RV Shows.
Keep cleaning supplies, rags, brochures, and décor organized in the garage. Do laundry of rags for shop and detail
Daily cleaning of both Sales Building: Take flags & chairs out, make coffee, wash dishes and clean kitchens, take out all trash and recycle, clean bathrooms, clean windows, water inside plants each week and outside each day or as needed, vacuum 2 to 3 times each week or when needed, dust when needed, mop all floors and mats under chairs each week, clean walls and fans in the bathroom each week.
Other duties as directed by Lot Supervisor
Make sure all trash on roads and sales lot is picked up.
Make sure sales lots are weed-free and take care of all plants and flowers.
Help with move units on the lot by spotting.
