Established, local, well known company in Springfield since 1973 and winner of Register Guard's Readers' Choice Award for 10 years in a row, has an immediate opening for a Carpet Cleaning Technician
This is a full-time, 38 hours per week position. The starting pay will depend on experience. Benefits offered include dental, paid time off and 401k. The schedule is Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. This person should be willing to work both day, and evening hours when necessary. Upon completion of training the hours will vary, working mostly daytime shifts during the summer months and probably some evening shifts in winter.
We are looking for an experienced carpet cleaning technician. However, we will consider someone with limited experience. This is an hourly paid position that will also include a percentage commission paid on extra services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing residential and commercial carpet cleaning
- Upholstery cleaning
- Area rug cleaning
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain appearance of company vehicle
- Provide timely and effective delivery of service
- Use card reader for credit card payments
Experience is not required but is preferred and we are willing to train someone without experience.
We are looking for an honest, dependable and reliable person with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service who can uphold the quality we are known for. Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
