Position: Landscaper Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew of 1-2 landscapers.
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding beds, blowing down with a backpack blower, pruning, and using hedge trimmers.
Ability to drive with truck and trailer
Ensure projects are completed timely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Ability to read and write in English, perform basic math, and read a clock.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Qualifications:
Valid OR driver's license.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance truck operations.
Leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to read and write in English, perform basic math, and read a clock.
Bonus: Familiarity with Jobber system.
