Small artistic landscaping company looking to hire. We focus on making yards beautiful. We are a company who cares about each client and their yard. We do high quality work in nicer yards. We’re not a typical mow and blow company company. Experience and knowledge of plants and working with them is important. We clean and maintain nicer yards in the peak season. In addition, we also install in the winter/early spring when maintenance is a little slower. We work year round.
Part time work. Looking for reliable and experienced people. Hours vary but mostly M-F 9:30-6:00ish. 25-35 hours/week typically. Continued work all year with more hours in the peak seasons. We do not work in extreme weather conditions.
Must have your own reliable running car No exceptions.
Looking for:

- Efficient, effective and thorough knowledge of weed removal
- Knowledge of various garden tools and how to effectively use them.
- Knowledge/background in working with a variety of plants
- Strength to shovel landscaping material, lift rocks and misc landscape materials
- Endurance for physical work all day
- Quality work ethic
- Proper skill set for: weeding flowerbeds, pruning shrubs and small trees.
- Care and concern for each clients/yard individual needs.
- Artistic eye sought after
- Knowledge of Gas Power tool use for hedging, edging, string trimming etc plus how to care for the equipment
Basically general duties include:
weeding, pruning, cleaning yards, hedging, blowing, digging and lifting.
Looking for someone with an "efficient but quality work - mind set". Must be able to follow directions.
