Apartment Complex located in the Gateway/Harlow area seeks a full-time professional, detail- oriented, team player to join our Maintenance team.
Duties include general maintenance and worker orders, as well as building grounds upkeep. Must have the ability to follow directions and be well organized. Maintaining high standards in all areas of work required. Position is 5 days a week 8:00am-5pm with an hour lunch from 12pm-1pm.
Wage will be discussed in the interview w/raises every year and a Holiday bonus based on performance at the end of the year. Includes paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, vacation and sick leave, and 401k.
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience REQUIRED
