All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking for a mitigation tech for a cleaning and restoration company located in the Junction City area. This position is a full time temp-to-hire position working 40+ hours a week.
Job Duties:
-Use a variety of tools to measure moisture content and atmospheric conditions
-Demolition and disposal of non-salvageable building material and personal contents
-Detailed, accurate, comprehensive documentation of jobsite conditions and activities
-Set-up, take down, and monitoring a variety of mitigation equipment
-Detailed and accurate communication with clients and team members
Skills & Requirements:
-Hard working
-Ethical and honest
-Proven work history with references
-Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis
-Ability to operate various types of machinery including but not limited to; box trucks, trailers, forklifts ect.
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Good math skills
-Ability and willingness to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
-Clean criminal history and driving record with a valid Oregon driver’s license.
-Ability and willingness to submit to all appropriate Health & Safety requirements of the job including respirator fitness, Personal Protection Equipment, vaccines, etc.
-Some construction experience preferred
This position is full-time, 40+ hours a week.
