Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled member to join our team as a night shift Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety on designated routes, ensuring that all jobs are complete, and more. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as experience in operating various types of vehicles and equipment. The Supervisor will be responsible for weekly Quality Control checks on other drivers, in addition to other tasks.
Responsibilities
Operate sweeper truck to clean parking lots efficiently.
Perform routine Quality Control checks on various jobs throughout the week.
Perform pre/post trip inspections on equipment and report any issues/hazards to management promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all jobs are completed to satisfactory levels.
Navigate routes effectively while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including routes taken and materials used.
Qualifications
Proven experience driving (no CDL required) is preferred.
Familiarity with Eugene/Springfield/Cottage Grove areas.
Strong understanding of route driving logistics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
