Position Description:
River Refuge Seed Co. in Brownsville grows NW Native plants for seed that is sold around
the country. With over 700 acres to manage, it takes a team of people to maintain and
manage the operation. Today we have an opportunity for the right person to join our farm
team. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to field preparation, crop
planting, field maintenance, harvesting, seed cleaning and packaging. Experience is
preferred but not required.
Position Requirements: Valid ODL. Likes physical work and working outdoors. Comfortable
being trained to operate ATV’s, Forklifts and other equipment. Can work occasional
evenings and weekends.
