Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in pressure washing for both residential and commercial projects
Physically capable of performing duties including long periods of standing, heavy lifting, working at heights, and handling high-pressure equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
Owns a reliable vehicle for transportation
Must provide own pressure washing equipment and tools
Fully licensed, bonded, and insured per Oregon state requirements
Must carry active workers' compensation insurance, if applicable
Responsibilities:
Set up and prep job sites, including protecting adjacent surfaces and ensuring safe access
Perform thorough pressure washing of surfaces such as siding, decks, driveways, sidewalks, roofs, and fences
Use safe and effective cleaning solutions and equipment settings appropriate to each surface
Clean up job sites after completion, including debris removal and restoring items to original locations
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency
Execute jobs on schedule and in a professional manner
Maintain clean, organized work areas and secure all tools and supplies
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
Foster positive relationships with clients and team members
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional pressure washing preferred
Strong knowledge of equipment, safety practices, and surface care
Understanding of cleaning solutions and environmental regulations
Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation to job sites
Own pressure washing equipment and tools
Active workers’ compensation insurance policy (if applicable)
