THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FOR SUMMER WORK FOR A STUDENT.
This position is ideal for college students.
Student employees must have been full time students during the semester or term before hiring or will be the next semester.
Student employees will not work more than 520 hours per year.
Must be available FULL-TIME during the summer months.
This position is located at Ya-Po-Ah Terrace Retirement Apartments (Manor Management Services)
350 Pearl Street Eugene, OR 97401
$15.20 to start raising to $15.70 in July.
Maintain grounds, walkways, clear debris.
Remove litter and rubbish from grounds.
Operates handheld power tools such as; gas powered string trimmers, leaf blowers, operate mowers.
Must work outside all the time and in all weather conditions.
Erect tents/canopies and arranges chairs for activities.
Work safely and comply with the Company's safety procedures.
Effectively works with others to accomplish tasks.
Maintains rapport with residents, and knowledge of their quality of life, physical and mental condition, and
behavior.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, and otherwise physically perform the typical duties as required by this position.
Performs other duties as assigned.
