Chase Village - Seasonal Porter - Summer Gig!
Compensation: DOE or $16/hour

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Seasonal Porter to join our team at Chase Village for the summer! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and wants to earn some extra cash.
Responsibilities:
Trash out vacant apartments.
Maintain property grounds, including trash pickup and light landscaping.
Pull up old carpet.
Assist with heavy lifting.
General outdoor maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting over 25 pounds, walking, and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic.
Previous porter or similar experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Weekends and overtime will be required at times, especially during peak summer turnover days (beginning and end of month).
