We are an established recreational cannabis production facility located on the outskirts of Eugene. We are currently in search of qualified candidates to fill several positions at our farm.
UPCOMING POSITIONS:
HARVESTERS/PLANT TAKE-DOWN - Responsible for cutting plants down (outside labor) and bringing plants in to drying racks. Ability to operate machinery is a huge plus!
HANGING & PRODUCTION - Responsible for accurately recording information and hanging plants. You may also be required to process fresh/frozen material.
TRIMMERS - Responsible for manicuring dry flower, break down of plants to process/trim flower to meet quality standards.
LEAD TRIMMER - Responsible for multi-tasking on projects such as manicuring dry flower while keeping quality control standards with a crew of about 20-30, prepping plants for processing/trim each days work load, quality control on all final product, weighing out and recording accurate weights for all finished product, managing machine production. This person must work well under pressure, have the ability to effectively report issues, team strengths and goals to upper management. Possess the ability to be flexible and have a strong attention to detail with effective communication and organizational skills.
ALL candidates must have strong attention to detail and ability to maintain OLCC compliance at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 21
MUST HAVE at time of interview a CURRENT VALID OLCC marijuana handler's permit
Reliable transportation
Willing to submit to random Urine analysis tests (THC excluded).
COMPENSATION: $12-$16 per hour DOE and position placement, with the possibility of daily production bonuses.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (40hr wk), Seasonal/Temp (with potential for permanent placement year round).
