Full Time - Warehouse Associate/Local Delivery Driver
40 hours - non-exempt position
Position Summary
Driver is responsible for a route with multiple deliveries. Job includes loading and unloading truck, delivering and freight pick up and excellent customer service. Truck Delivery route is Eugene area and Oregon territory.
Warehouse Associate is responsible for the fulfillment of orders and shipment of outgoing product efficiently and accurately according to the policies and procedures of the Warehouse. Collaborates with Warehouse Team to organize physical space for a safe and efficient work environment. Provides accurate counts of physical inventories. Safely operates carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
This is a physically demanding position. While performing this job you must be able to perform the essential functions of the job - sit, stand, walk, peddle a cargo bike and drive a truck with reasonable accommodations. Must have the ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs., loading and unloading both truck and bike throughout entire shift.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proficient and safe driver with clean driving record
Provides excellent customer service at all times, able to anticipate customers' needs
Ability to maintain familiarity with Company products
Experience operating hand trucks & pallet jacks.
Computer/Software/Apps - comfortable using time tracking app & Google email and calendar
Comprehensive math skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Reliable and punctual, able to maintain a consistent schedule
Basic mechanical knowledge, able to diagnose common issues with equipment
Good with directions and ability to learn quickly
Ability to work well with others and independently
Must be able to lift 60 lbs. on a regular and repetitive basis, stand and walk for long periods. Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures, including up to 3 consecutive hours in the walk-in cooler (34 degrees Fahrenheit), up to an hour moving in and out of a walk-in freezer (-10 degrees Fahrenheit), and temperatures in the warehouse that range from very cold to warm depending on the season.
Class B - CDL not required, willingness to obtain a plus.

Experience
1 year professional delivery using Box Trucks or Vans-required
