We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers dropping off donations at our receiving door, sorting and weighing the donations, while helping members of the community. Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and welcoming donation experience.
2. Understand our services, providing information and recommendations to customers.
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
4. Maintain a well-organized environment
5. Collaborate and communicate with team members
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety meeting guidelines.
7. Contribute to a positive and cooperative team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer-focused with a friendly demeanor.
