COFFEE ROUTE SPECIALIST - SE HABLA ESPANOL
About us: We are a local coffee roasting company. Our family and our employees-who we consider an extension of our family-are the foundation and passion behind the business. We are a close knit team with many of our employees being cross-trained and staying with our company for 10+ years. We are looking for an ideal candidate that wants to feel as though they are a part of our family, our team, and wants to grow with our company. Current position is for long distance routes and some local delivery.
(Duties may include, but are not limited to the following)
Essential Job Functions:
- Dependability: Arriving to work consistently on time, follows instructions
- Contributing to a small team environment
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Driving for long periods of time
- Clean driving record A MUST, provide current drivers license
- Knowledge and mastery of long and short distance routes
- Comfortable and safe driving delivery vehicles (Sprinter Van)
- Taking inventory at grocery stores
- Communicate with customers along the routes
- Frequently lifting and moving 5 lb. coffee bags and other sized packages
- Cleaning/sanitizing workspaces as prescribed and scheduled
- Maintaining daily route logs
- Occasionally swapping out some equipment
- Filling out work orders for equipment
- Communicates with team members or management if any changes need to be made
- Flexibility in adapting to daily changes as needed
- Lifting and moving product in delivery totes
- Reviewing invoices and pulling orders according to invoices
- Ensuring all items are properly labeled, sealed and packaged to specifications
- Light cleaning at the end of the day
- Maintaining company vehicles, reporting any need for repairs
- Work closely with other route specialists and customer service representatives
- Willingness to learn and adapt to product changes, packaging changes
- Other warehouse duties will be required
- Warehouse duties such as receiving orders and deliveries, use of pallet jack
- Rotating stock of shelf stable items such as filters, cones, packaging bags
- Willing to do some heavy lifting when organizing and moving green coffee

- Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
- Enjoys working with their hands
- Flexible to adapt to small business changes
- Ability to safely perform work duties that are physical and repetitive in nature
- Some computer experience - Google sheets, Docs, Google Calendar
- Motivated by efficiency and output
- Positive, team player, who enjoys working with others and on a small team
- Self-starter
- Willing to operate in a bilingual (English-Spanish) work environment
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis

Full time Position Monday-Friday Daytime shifts. Start and end time variable on route. Long routes can be as early as 7:00 am and ending at 6:00 pm. Local Routes Can be 8:00am - 4:00pm
