We are looking for quality and reliable candidates who will be responsible for safely, effectively, and efficiently case packing and hand palletizing pouches and cartons. The right candidate will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting production output to ensure manufactured goods adhere to quality, food safety and customer specifications. The right candidate will perform housekeeping duties to support overall quality, food safety program responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to perform the following physical job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
-Must be able to walk or stand throughout the shift
-Must be able to balance, bend, crouch, kneel and stoop for 4 plus hours
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Must be able to distinguish object or equipment visually
-Must be able to work in a team environment
Preferred Experience and Skills:
-One or more years of experience in manufacturing environment
-Previous experience operating powered industrial trucks
-Must be able to follow instructions, methods and pay close attention to details
-Must be able to maintain accurate records of paperwork
-Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Saturday; 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm, 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm and 3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am
Payrates: 1st Shift $16.00, 2nd Shift $16.25 and 3rd Shift $16.50
