If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want you to join our team as a Signage Production and Installation Assistant!
What You'll Do:
Work in our manufacturing facility, assisting with the fabrication of custom signage using hand and power tools.
Assist with installations on job sites, both locally and occasionally out of town.
Read and follow written directions to complete production and installation tasks accurately.
Ensure quality by measuring precisely and paying close attention to detail.
Work indoors or outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
Handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
Travel occasionally for company-paid overnight trips.
What We're Looking For:
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Confident using a measuring tape with precision.
Mechanically inclined and willing to learn new processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong sense of accountability, self-discipline, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license.
Valuable Experience (but not required):
We provide comprehensive training, but experience in the following industries could be a great fit:
Signage manufacturing or installation.
Construction or metal fabrication.
Automotive repair (mechanical or body shop).
RV manufacturing or repair.
