Direct Support Professional :
Compensation: $11.40-$12/hr DOE- starting;
F/T
$100 Bonus following completion of Tier 1 and Tier 2 trainings and background check approval
$200 Bonus following 6 months employment
P/T- half the amount

We are a 24-hour residential group home agency, providing residential services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the Eugene area.
Our model is based on mentoring and advocating while providing 24 hour support. Residents are given the independence to grow and explore their wants and needs, while maintaining a healthy, safe and structured lifestyle. Brightside Living provides continuity of care for all residents by listening and learning from them to create a more fulfilling future.
Current positions:
3 group homes located in Eugene, Oregon. Homes are licensed for up to 3 individuals, staff will work with no more than 3 residents at one time.
Hiring: Full Time and Part Time Shifts: Day, Swing/ Activities, Evening and NOC available. Immediate Openings
Part Time:
Monday-Friday
10am-3pm (option for 5 more hours if interested)
Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday:
1pm-10pm (2 openings)
Sub/ Coverage Position available.
QUALIFICATIONS:¨ Preferred, one (1) year education and/or experience in developmental/intellectual disabilities, mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.¨
¨Must have a valid Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record for day shifts
Must be able to pass a full background check
Must be 18years or older.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Willing to train the "right" person, even if no experience
Must have or be willing to obtain a CPR/FA certificate upon hiring. ( On-site training)
OIS training preferred- will train if necessary ( On-site training)
