About KEEP:
KEEP is an evidence-based support program for foster and kinship parents of children ages 2-3 (KEEP Toddler), 4-12 (KEEP Standard), and teens (KEEP SAFE). The program blends peer-support and a manualized curriculum over 16-week online groups. Sessions are held weekly via videoconference for 90 minutes, and each session is recorded for fidelity and coaching.
Position Overview:
The Bilingual KEEP Group Leader facilitates KEEP groups in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include engaging with participants, running online group sessions, and ensuring timely data entry and video uploads. Leaders will receive a 5-day training on the KEEP model before starting their groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate weekly 90-minute KEEP sessions in English and Spanish.
Engage with participants before and during the group cycle.
Complete daily phone reports and enter data into the fidelity website (FIDO).
Attend mandatory training (Oct 21-25) and weekly coaching/clinical meetings.
Schedule and manage concurrent group sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Experience working with diverse populations, group facilitation, and evidence-based practices.
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
Schedule:
Flexible hours (5-15 per week), including evenings and weekends based on participant availability.
Equipment:
Laptop provided; reliable internet required.
