Description:
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) support people who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities. DSPs provide the supports people need to live self-directed lives, including caregiver supports like food prep, personal care, and following support plans. In an Awake Overnight position, you may support someone by maintaining their home, planning meals, cooking, and following personal health routines.
Shift Information: 25 hours weekly
Thursday through Saturday, 10:00pm - 6:00am. There is a house meeting every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, from 1:30pm - 3:30pm.
Wage & Benefits: $18.50 per hour plus a 50 cent shift differential.
We are also offering a $1,000 sign on bonus that is paid out in increments at set milestones of your employment!

Certifications and Trainings:
Must pass required DHS background check and Protective Service Investigations.
Must be able to maintain all certifications as required by PCL, such as CPR, Oregon Intervention System (OIS), and Mandatory Abuse Reporting.
You will be trained on these subjects during a 2 week in-person orientation session.
