The OSLC Developments Inc. (ODI) Clinic seeks a warm and enthusiastic Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide training, support, and oversight to clinicians providing substance use, mental health, and behavioral health treatment to youth in Lane County. This position will work mainly with the Adolescent and Family Services (AFS) program and provide limited support to the SWIFT program.

Requirements:

Master’s degree with coursework directly related to the position and 4-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience appropriate to the position or equivalent combination of training and experience appropriate to the position.

Master’s degree with major course work in School Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work required.

License (LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist) required.

Valid Driver's License

What we are looking for:

Experience working in school settings and treating adolescents

CADC substance-use treatment experience.

Familiarity with, understanding of, and enthusiasm for, evidence-based protocols.

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a treatment team.

Experience as an individual or family therapist.

Experience providing clinical supervision to therapeutic staff.

Experience with crisis management.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Job Duties:

Oversees the counselors and interventionists with support from senior team members.

Responsible for case management duties including participating in special education and other school meetings, collaborating with collateral agencies as needed, and connecting clients with resources as needed.

Responsible for developing comprehensive mental health and/or substance use assessments and treatment plans.

Supervises parent and youth skills coaches.

Provides weekly on-call availability for supervision of counselors, including but not limited to the management of behavioral crises.

Adolescent and Family Services (AFS) has partnered with the Eugene 4J and Bethel School Districts to serve students with substance use and mental health problems by providing counselors who are Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADCs), Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHAs), and/or Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) at all 4J and Bethel high schools.

The Students with Involved Families and Teachers (SWIFT) study is a 5-year randomized controlled trial of an intervention to support middle school students with emotional and behavioral challenges. This intervention includes (1) skills coaching for students; (2) parent support to promote home-school collaboration and positive parenting skills; (3) behavioral progress monitoring; and (4) case management of the intervention elements and coordination with the school and collateral agencies.
