Schedule:
Five nights per week, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
One evening per week, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM ($20 per hour compensation)
Responsibilities:
Be present on-site to respond to occasional emergencies with care and compassion
Spend time with shelter guests one evening per week, engaging with them and getting to know their needs in a supportive and understanding manner

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
The shelter is not able to accommodate children on-site
Must pass a background check
Ability to remain on-site overnight and respond calmly to emergency situations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and a compassionate approach when interacting with guests
Must adhere to shelter policies and guidelines
Previous experience in social services, crisis response, or related fields is a plus but not required
