This full-time, exempt, salaried position is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, providing operational support, and managing community engagement. As a member of the Administrative Team, this position works with the entire LTWC team, partners, contractors, and provides support to the board of directors. Five years of operations management experience, grant management experience, a high level of detailed organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and activities are all key components of the role. Most importantly, the OM will have energy and compassion and will embrace all that it means to be a part of the Long Tom Watershed Council.
Compensation: Salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 based on experience. Benefits include 8% automatic retirement contribution; health insurance currently covered at 75% of premium for employees (20% for dependents); an Employee Assistance Program; and generous and flexible PTO.
