Direct Support Professional :
Compensation: $12.10-$12.65/hr DOE- starting wage;
$200 Retention Bonus following 90 days employment- PT and FT
Raise following completion of 6 month probationary period: $.25/hr-$.65/hr based on evaluation

We are a 24-hour residential group home agency, providing residential services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the Eugene area. Our model is based on mentoring and advocating while providing 24 hour support. Residents are given the independence to grow and explore their wants and needs, while maintaining a healthy, safe and structured lifestyle. Current positions:4 group homes located in Eugene, Oregon. Homes are licensed for up to 3 individuals, staff will work with no more than 3 residents at one time.
Hiring: Full Time and Part Time Shifts:
Day, Swing/ Activities, Evening and NOC available. Immediate Openings
NOC- awake graveyard:10pm-8am, FT and PT available
DAY shift P/T
9am-3pm OR 11am-5pm
multiple days available
SAT and SUN: 8am-4pm ( PT)
12pm-10pm ( PT)
PT/FT 12pm-10pm SWING Shifts
PT/ FT 10am-6pm Day Shift
SWING and Day shifts AvailableSub/ Coverage Position available.
QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred, one (1) year education and/or experience in developmental/intellectual disabilities, mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions. Must have a valid Oregon Driver's License with at least 2 YEARS driving experience and acceptable driving record, for day shifts OR a personal vehicle with acceptable driving insurance. Must be able to pass background check.
Must be 18years or older. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Willing to train the "right" person, even if no experience
Must have or be willing to obtain a CPR/FA certificate upon hiring. ( On-site training) OIS training preferred- will train if necessary ( On-site training)
