Personnel Source is looking for a Customer Service/Front Desk candidate for our Eugene client!

This position is full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. $12-13/hr.

Overtime is required in this position.

Our client is looking for candidates who strive in working in fast paced environments and have the ability to multi-task like a pro!

Duties include but are not limited to:

Answer phone, transfer calls, take messages, etc.

Greet clients, give out information and supplies, receive and log in samples.

Produce reports, forms, and letters.

Accurate data entry.

Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.

Light cleaning and janitorial in assigned building areas.

Other tasks assigned.

Experience/Skills:

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access).

Able to pleasantly and proficiently work with wide range of clients (in person and on phone).

Excellent math, written and verbal skills

Organizational skills for variety of responsibilities.

Multi-task, SUPER fast pace, team player work environment.

Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
