ABTS Inc is a local accounting and tax firm in Eugene, OR since 2001. Our staff works as a team, and other staff will be available to assist you. We are currently looking for candidates to fill this position:
Front Desk Receptionist – Part time (Seasonal)
Job description:
Greet guests and clients in the lobby upon arrival
Answer phone; do reminder calls for returning clients
Check daily incoming fax and voicemail
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and front desk area
Minor office cleaning - daily gathering trash and shred from all offices; weekly bathroom cleaning and vacuuming
Other duties as follows: scanning, filing, getting incoming mail, running errands (e.g. Post Office) and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Has great attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Strong phone skills and etiquette
Computer literate and eager to learn other programs
Ability to multi-task is crucial
Flexibility of workdays and hours (Tax season hours of operation: Monday thru Friday 9am to 7pm; Saturday 10am to 6pm)
