Full time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator position available for a local excavation company, this position performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of office operations and projects. These include all office transmissions; responsibility for the office filing system, equipment and supplies; office forms and records; office visitors and guests; mail and deliveries; accounts receivable and payable; and other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in QuickBooks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel
Ability to communicate effectively in-person, via email, and on the phone
Exercise decision-making skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work independently
Job duties:
Entering Data into Quick Books, mainly AP/AR
Collecting time cards, processing for job files
Collecting and processing mail
Maintain company files and records
Assisting President with all office support
Candidate should be self-starter and comfortable working independently and with others.
