Absolute Laser MD is a premier medical spa specializing in advanced skincare, laser treatments, and aesthetic services. We are seeking a professional, organized, and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.
Role Description:
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring every guest has a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role combines customer service, administrative duties, and light marketing support to help the clinic operate efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a medical spa, salon, or healthcare office preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
-Comfortable with technology and scheduling software (e.g., Vagaro, MindBody, Aesthetic Record, or similar).
-Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.
-Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness.
Client Experience & Front Desk Operations:
-Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
-Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle text inquiries promptly and courteously.
-Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our booking system.
-Check clients in and out efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
-Ensure all required intake and consent forms are completed before treatments.
-Provide clients with pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
-Address all client questions and concerns or route them to the appropriate team member.
Administrative & Organizational Tasks:
-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk, waiting area, and treatment rooms.
-Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
-Track and manage client files, payments, and retail sales.
-Support staff with treatment preparation and light cleaning between clients.
Social Media & Marketing Support:
-Assist in creating and posting social media content (before-and-after photos, promotional posts, stories, etc.) following brand guidelines.
-Engage with followers and respond to inquiries on social media platforms.
-Help promote upcoming events, specials, and new treatments.
Schedule & Compensation:
-Full-time Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, weekends as needed.
-Competitive hourly pay based on experience. $18-$20/hour.

Advanced Aesthetician Position Overview:
The Advanced Aesthetician plays a key role in providing high-quality treatments, supporting medical providers, and ensuring each client receives personalized care and education. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with laser technology, advanced skincare modalities, and treatment planning, as well as strong communication and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Treatment:
-Perform advanced skincare and laser treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL, skin tightening, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized facials.
-Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, skin types, and treatment goals.
-Develop and execute personalized treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes.
-Educate clients on at-home skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.
-Ensure all pre- and post-procedure protocols are followed for safety and efficacy.
-Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and before-and-after photos.
Clinical & Operational Support:
-Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for daily operations.
-Follow strict sanitation and infection-control standards.
-Assist medical professionals with procedures as needed.
-Monitor equipment functionality and notify management of maintenance needs.
-Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Team Collaboration & Client Experience:
-Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure efficient scheduling and client flow.
-Promote retail skincare products and recommend post-treatment regimens.
-Support marketing efforts through before-and-after photos, social media collaboration, and client education content.
-Provide an exceptional, caring, and results-focused experience for every client.
Qualifications:
-Current State Aesthetician License (Master or Advanced preferred).
-Certification and hands-on experience with medical-grade devices (e.g., lasers, IPL, RF, microneedling).
-Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or laser clinic setting.
-Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, contraindications, and laser safety protocols.
-Excellent communication and client education skills.
-Professional, polished, and dependable demeanor.
-Passion for continuing education and advancing in the aesthetic field.
