We are growing and looking for new members to add to a great team that works well together. We cross-train the positions, however, we are interested in strong dispatch skills for one position and someone with a bit of AR/AP experience for the other. The job involves sales, dispatch, and administrative support for the company, as part of the office sales/marketing team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Answer incoming calls, quote prices, and receive orders for septic services.
-Schedule services according to factors like truck capacities, distances to sites, and septic pumping timelines.
-Prepare, work orders, tasks, invoices, and related documents to complete scheduled services. Maintain contact with drivers to expedite services.
-Provide excellent sales and customer service for our Septic and Portable Toilet Rental customers.
-Make outgoing marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
-Dispatch Experience a plus.
-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and Google Docs is helpful.
-Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
-Able to work in a team environment.
-Ability to project a professional company image through both in-person and phone interaction.
