Primary Responsibilities: A Service Coordinators purpose is to ensure that service calls are scheduled strategically to maximize efficiency and minimize travel and downtime while providing administrative support. They are the constant point of contact for customers and the service team in scheduling services and communicating any time changes and resolving scheduling issues.
Duties Include:
Answer/Screen calls incoming to service department
Strategically/Proactively schedule service appointments
Assisting service department in resolving scheduling issues
Coordinating & purchasing necessary permits
Completing any miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of scheduling/dispatching experience required
Strong customer service skills & phone etiquette
Service-related scheduling experience
Detail and task oriented
Construction service experience preferred
Experience with Service Titan preferred
