We are looking for an experienced problem solver who has a passion for people and excellent communication skills to join our team and learn how to manage all aspects of scattered site investment properties the Trio-Way. The Property Manager’s role is to provide expert customer service in representing Trio Property Management Inc. to new and current Clients, Vendors and Tenants through the life of the property management contract.
Our ideal candidate will have the following background:
Posses and maintain a valid property manager license in the state of Oregon (required within 6 months of hire)
A minimum of 2 years experience in property management field or professional business environment
Strong expertise in executing administrative tasks
Strong entrepreneurial work ethic and initiative
Lifelong learner and receptive to feedback
Trusting with solid ethics and judgment
Genuine interest in helping others
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work through difficult conversations and composure under pressure
Valid driver license and reliable transportation
Understand laws/statutes related to the position
High School Diploma or equivalent
