Hello!

I am a seasoned Realtor of 18 years looking for someone to help me with my business. A real estate license in not required for this position. I am looking for a reliable, honest, and professional person as well as someone able to learn new procedures and tasks in my home office. Ideal candidates will have the personality and traits that allow them to take direction with a positive attitude and allow constructive feedback. A real estate assistant should have basic computer and Microsoft skills, creativity to help put together personalized marketing materials and client forms, good grammar and spelling, and a big bonus is someone with mainstream knowledge of tools and resources to boost a person's brand (i.e. - experience with apps and websites that are used for promoting businesses.) You will not be cold calling, but may need to make calls to set up appointments or get information for me. Varied prior work experience is encouraged.

This is an in-home office situation outside Coburg/Eugene in a beautiful, safe location. We have two dogs and two cats for those who may have allergies. You will have your own desk, but will be asked to use your own cell phone and vehicle on occasion. You will NOT be installing/removing signs so any reliable vehicle is okay. Most of this position is preparing marketing materials, tracking client interactions using the forms, binders, & systems I have in place, helping manage transactions, setting up appointments, organizing the office, and other clerical tasks. Many of my systems are acquired from reputable and nationally known marketing programs like The Core and Maxxum Marketing.

I am still good friends with my last two assistants, so my hope is to find someone similar to myself in terms of being personable, cheerful, and of same ideals, lifestyle, and attitude because we will be working closely together to boost my marketing efforts, re-organize my office, and increase my productivity. Ideally, you will enjoy your job and your time working with to me, so that you will willingly help promote me within the community as a Realtor. I need someone that can recognize my integrity, hard work, and strong ethics and work hard for me in return. Our time together each week will be limited, so no constant story-tellers please.

Again, non-smoker and that includes vaping.

-Pay is $25/hr with mileage refunded for running errands in your own car.

-A back ground check will be required at my expense for candidates that are a match.

-Flexible hours start at 10-12 per week and ideally split between two days, Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.

-Diploma or further education preferred but work experience can take place of education

-First 21 days you will be on temporary status. Employment contract to be signed if job is accepted after the interview and the background check are acceptable.

-First interview will be via Facetime or other video chat that works for you.
