We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support back-of-house operations at our Asian market. This role focuses on product preparation, packing, and stocking, and requires someone who can work efficiently, follow food safety standards, and stay organized. Part-time position, approximately 3 days per week. (Tues-Thurs)
Responsibilities:
Cut and prepare meat and produce following safety and cleanliness standards
Pack fruits and vegetables for retail display
Stock shelves and organize back stock
Assist with receiving and rotating inventory
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform basic janitorial duties in prep and stock areas, including trash removal and breaking down cardboard
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working independently and completing task-based work
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Experience with food prep, produce, or meat handling preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn proper cutting, packing, and safety procedures
Dress Code:
Clean, neat, and professional appearance required
