Your local wellness center is looking to add an amazing budtender to our staff.
We are seeking an individual with previous industry experience, but if you currently haven’t worked at a dispensary we would still love to review your resume. we will train the right person for the position.
The employee we’re searching for has a friendly presence with the responsibility to inform our customers about the different products knowledge. Making customers feel important and heard and be able to engaged while completing transactions smoothly and accurately. Restocking flower jars or pre-roll jars. Maintaining an accurate online menu when selling out of an item. Keeping the shop clean with a quick spaying down of common surfaces hourly.
The work environment can be fast-paced and requires crew members to multi-task and think on their feet while maintaining a professional presence with valued customers.
We’re looking for someone who can take criticism well, stay productive whether its stickering products or making a small batch prerolls.
Being friendly and approachable with good work ethic that is willing to learn new skills and responsibilities while still having fun at work in a chill environment.
