CLUB THRIFT IS HIRING —
1–2 FULL-TIME STOCKING CREW MEMBERS
Eugene & Springfield Locations
We’re looking for 1 or 2 amazing persons to join our Club Thrift crew!
We’re Oregon-grown, family-owned, and community-focused, with plenty of room for growth. Right now, we’re hiring for at least 1 Full-Time (4-5 days a week Position at our Eugene and Springfield locations! MAYBE 2 full time positions!
MUST BE DEPENDABLE, COACHABLE AND WORK WELL IN A TEAM-FOCUSED ENVIRONMENT. Must be able to be on feet all day.
If you love treasure hunts, moving fast, and showing up to work knowing you’ll hit your step count before most people finish breakfast… congratulations, this might be the job for you.
We’re looking for full-time Stockers who can keep up with the chaos, the comedy, and the carts full of mystery items that make Club Thrift the wild place our customers love.
Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday (sometimes 12pm start time), & Thursday
Start time: 8:00 AM
10+ hour days
(Yes, it’s long. Yes, time flies when you’re unloading 10 pallets of Amazon & Target overstock.)
STOCKING CREW MEMBER – What You’ll Actually Do
Unload and organize fresh inventory while the store is closed
Keep shelves, bins, and displays stocked so customers think the thrift fairy visited overnight
Lift up to 50–70 lbs like it’s no big deal
Stand and walk on concrete floors (comfy shoes highly recommended)
Clean up after stocking and keep the store looking sharp
Work fast, stay focused, follow directions, and have a good attitude
Pallet jack experience is preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person
Be Experienced— be reliable, fun, and ready to work
