Retail/Customer service experience. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service .Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of, and a genuine passion for Cannabis and related products. The Floor Manager should possess a high level of cannabis strain knowledge. You should possess knowledge of cannabis cultivation, as well you should be familiar with the processes of producing extracts, concentrates, edibles, and all aspects of the cannabis industry. Must have a flexible Schedule. Must have reliable transportation. Must be reliable and punctual. Must be at least 21 years of age Available to start working ASAP Ability to sit and/or stand for 8 or more hours in a day . Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary. Successful applicants MUST obtain an OLCC Recreational Marijuana Workers Permit.
Duties include: Determining the product needs of clients/customers and making product recommendations. Advising clients/customers on the effects and precautions of specific products. Explaining Cannabis basics to new medical and recreational clients. Advising clients/customers on methods of consumption. Understanding of OLCC Compliance Laws and Regulations. Handling product and inputting into Greenbits POS (Point of Sale) system to track transactions.
