Delivery & Warehouse Support Staff - Job Opportunity

Lane County Bounty is an online marketplace and delivery service located just north of Eugene, Oregon. We’re a small and community-oriented team intent on building agricultural resilience, farm networks and increasing access to quality local food.
Position Summary:
Delivery & Warehouse Support Staff is responsible for a range of activities with a focus on delivering orders in a safe manner. Delivery staff is also responsible for cleaning & sanitation of delivery vehicles, orders totes, and other warehouse spaces. Delivery staff is a public representative of Lane County Bounty and serves as a community ambassador while on a route. Other warehouse support activities that may be assigned as needed. Must be comfortable driving a delivery van and available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Delivery Route Driver (60%)
Sanitation & Cleaning (30%)
Miscellaneous Warehouse Support (10%)
Position Details:
Position is part time, with hours ranging from 12 - 20 hours per week depending on delivery route. Required work days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Pay begins at $20/hr. Staff receive a weekly produce box and grocery discounts.

-Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task
-Flexible team player
-Positive attitude and problem solving skills
-Excellent communication; voicing needs and incorporating feedback
-Effective time management and task prioritization
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand on concrete during 4 hour shifts
-Safe drivers with a clean driving record
