Rosboro is currently looking for an ERP System Administrator to be the main point of contact and support for our Infor M3 cloud platform. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise working in a professional, fast paced environment. Your knowledge and skills will be utilized in both our administrative and manufacturing facilities to help drive our business forward.

Is this a great fit for you? As the ERP administrator, you will have the opportunity to be part of our Infor M3 cloud suite implementation and will manage all aspects of the system including the M3 cloud tenant, associated applications, and customer portal. The position is responsible for primary system support and administration of ERP software across multiple business units and locations. You will play a key role in current and upcoming projects as well as supporting business critical functions including creating and maintaining system reports, analytic dashboards, and workflows.

You will provide support for all activities associated with the daily operation of the ERP system including but not limited to:

Serving as the subject matter expert of ERP related technologies for the organization

Working with internal teams and vendors to diagnose, fix, and prevent any ERP related issues

Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for all system applications

Execute data refreshes, maintain audit trails, and automate tasks to improve process efficiency

Accountable for the implementation of system modifications, expansions, and releases

Manage and maintain system security including user profiles and role-based access

Document system administration tasks and mentor team members

Create and maintain documentation and procedures necessary to support our users

Provide guidance, technical support, and training to process owners, experts, and users

Implement and manage additional ancillary resources associated with the ERP system

Align with internal staff and vendors regarding DR and business continuity planning

Design, create, and maintain business reports and analytic dashboards

Maintain support contracts and software licenses

Document all issues in the department helpdesk and assist in staffing a rotating on-call schedule

Education and/or Experience:

Infor M3 system administration experience desirable

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

5 years of experience working with a modern ERP system with 2 years in a system administration role including managing data, workflows, and processes in a SaaS platform

Experience developing and managing API-based integrations

Proven understanding of processes and their dependencies within an ERP application such as financial, purchasing, inventory management, and manufacturing operations

General knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure

Experience in discrete manufacturing a plus

Other Skills and Abilities:

Proven communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively collaborate with others

Self-motivated team player with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships

Work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Infor M3 certification a plus

Valid driver’s license
