Rosboro Is seeking a Security Supervisor for our multi-plant production facility located in Springfield, Oregon. Who is Rosboro? Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Directly fill the main gate officer position 3 – 4 days per week.

Serve as the “Client Contact” with the contracted security service company for both the Springfield and Vaughn facilities.

Manage security services contract.

Set schedules for security officers and fire-watch personnel.

Review and approve security invoices.

Monitor and evaluate performance for all security and fire-watch personnel, across all shifts and posts.

Set security and fire-watch policies and procedures.

Revise the site “Post Orders” as needed.

Directly conduct, or oversee, security and fire-watch personnel training.

Competitive base Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
