Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cannabis dispensaries, retailers, and other business partners
- Drive sales by presenting and promoting our product line to potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the unique features and benefits of our offerings
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cannabis sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 4 days a week, 8 hours a day
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- OLCC Marijuana workers permit
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to drive a minimum of 4 days a week
