Castile Kitchen & Bath, Eugene’s #1 kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling company, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to do in home design and remodel sales.
Primary responsibilities include meeting with customers in their home to understand and discuss their vision, needs, materials they are interested in, and scope of work. Work with the client to set a realistic budget for their renovation and initiate a design agreement and sell the construction agreement. If you have kitchen and bath design or remodeling experience, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed with the willingness to work hard, then let’s talk!
This is a full-time position; Salary is commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Networking.
- Lead generation.
- Understanding of clients' needs and what they are looking to accomplish.
- Interact with customers to identify project requirements regarding kitchen and
bath design, materials, specifications and estimated price.
- Understands and create project budgets.
- Ability to sell our service and close the sale.
- Capable of managing people and challenging conversations and expectations.
- Ability to create hand drawings of existing and proposed layout rough drafts.
- Being a support system to the Design team.
- Oversee installation to ensure customers’ goals are achieved.
- Provide excellent customer service through in-field sales calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain client satisfaction throughout their project to completion.
- Being passionate about what you sell and the products and services.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of kitchen and bath remodeling experience or sales experience or an interior design degree
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
Ability to envision goals and conceptualize projects through scale drawings
Ability to work 10-hour days as needed
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Must conduct oneself with integrity and honesty
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Positive, energetic, and charismatic
Ability to dress to impress
